Founder & Principal

Tom has called the Gold Coast home for over 20 years, and for the last 10 has carved out a niche in the accounting industry thanks to his unique approach to business. Interested in all things entrepreneurship, Tom is a natural leader, always learning and motivated by challenges. His numerical prowess and work ethic have taken him from a junior accountant in a large firm to the principal of one of the Gold Coast’s most successful accounting practices (that’s us!).

History Lesson

Tom learnt the accounting ropes in a larger private accounting and finance practice for over a decade before taking the leap and starting his own practice. With strong foundations in taxation, business structuring, and superannuation, the establishment of TW Accounting allowed Tom to focus his lens on startups, e-commerce ventures, and advisory services. When he’s not talking business, you’ll find him catching a wave at his local break or sampling a new drop from his craft brewery next door.
